Tom is an
industry veteran, starting in 1985, right out of WestConn, with Hughes
Television Network as a Communications coordinator, having had consistent
promotions to Senior Communications Coordinator, Assistant Manager, Project
Manager Sports, and presently Account Executive, Sports Sales. For over 10
years, Tom exclusively managed Madison Square Garden Network transmissions
of the New York Knicks, Rangers and Yankees telecasts; along with the
scheduling of the networks monthly master control room log that utilized HTN
facilities. During his managerial positions, Tom was credited with the
implementation of training fellow HTN employees who now currently represent
dynamic professional presence in the industry. In his current position as an
Account Executive, Tom directly focuses on the development of customers in
the Domestic and International Sports Television and Radio markets.
Tom received recognition from the New York
Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, as a
Production Associate, for Madison Square Garden Network's coverage of the
1988, Panasonic Millrose Games. He was also awarded by the Connecticut
Associated Press Broadcasters Association, for Outstanding Achievement in
Sports Broadcasting upon his graduation from WestConn. Tom also has a
Masters degree in Communications from New York Institute of Technology, and
is an active member of the Screen Actors Guild, and the American Federation
of Television and Radio Artists.

Eileen and their daughter, Nora, born August 2004 and son, James, born July

Tom's agency's website includes approximately 60 seconds of
various radio spots he has done. The site is used as a casting tool
and has been quite beneficial to both CESD and all the clients
(actors) listed. He says, "I am also very happy to report that CESD
recently renewed my contract for three (3) more years. I originally
signed with them exclusively back in 1994. CESD is regarded as one
of the top three Commercial Talent Agencies in the country." |
