Jennifer Draghi


Jennifer Draghi  has been performing and choreographing for over 18 years all over the world.  After obtaining a degree in Acting from Hunter College she immediately was cast in the International Tour of 42nd Street where she tapped her way through such cities as Rome, Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, Essen and Hamburg.  After a national tour of The Will Rogers Follies and 42nd Street that took her all over the United States, she decided to go back to Europe on the Crazy For You tour as the Dance Captain.  Other regional theatre credits include Cabaret and 42nd Street at Northshore Music Theatre in Beverly, MA, Crazy For You, Bye Bye Birdie, Showboat, Guys and Dolls, The Will Rogers Follies and My One and Only at the Reagle Players in Waltham, MA,  Crazy For You and Good News at The Westchester Broadway Theatre in Elmsford, NY and of course, she kicked her heels as a Radio City Music Hall Rockette in the Christmas Spectacular. With all her experience and her experience as a Dance Captain, she then started getting offers to choreograph.  Choreography credits include No, No Nanette, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Crazy for You at the Merry Go Round Playhouse in Auburn, NY and The Light In The Piazza at the Weston Playhouse in Weston, VT while working along side Tony Award winning composer Adam Guettel. Other choreography credits include Crazy For You and Pippin for Richter Park , Anything Goes and Meet Me In St. Louis for WCSU where she is also an adjunct faculty member, the grand opening celebration of the Loew’s Theatre on 42nd Street in New York City, the original rock opera Antigone’s Last Dance and Food, the Musical last seen at the Edinburgh Festival in Scotland. She was also been awarded the 1998 IRNE Award for Best Production for her rendition of Crazy For You for the Reagle Players located outside Boston, MA. Jen is also a member of the Actor’s Equity Association, American Guild of Variety Artists and The Society for Stage Directors and Choreographers unions. She has been the Artistic Director and Owner of Dance Etc., School For Performing Arts, Inc. in Newtown, CT for 13 years.
