[Theatre Arts Management]
Abra Stanley Leonard has 12+ years of experience as a performing arts manager for Broadway and touring productions. She has worked on prominent shows with first-class general managers and producers: Alan Wasser Associates / Cameron Mackintosh - LES MISERABLES (2006 Broadway Revival and Third National Touring Company); THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (Broadway); MISS SAIGON (Second National Touring Company and Broadway); Abhann Productions Ltd. / Moya Doherty - RIVERDANCE (Lagan Company National Tour); 101 Productions Ltd. / Joe Corcoran - TONY N TINA’S WEDDING (National Tour).
Prior to her focus on general and company management, Ms. Leonard was the Associate Director of Operations for SFX/PACE THEATRICAL GROUP (currently Broadway Across America) where she managed the daily operations of 21 Broadway Series Markets across North America and Canada.
Ms. Leonard is passionate about education and furthering students understanding of Performing Arts Management. She received her Master of Fine Arts in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College. Her undergraduate degree is in Theatre Performance from Central Washington University. She is a proud board certified member of the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers (ATPAM).
