RN to BS Nursing at Danbury Hospital
Western is pleased to announce a partnership with Danbury Hospital that will provide an opportunity to the Registered Nurses at the hospital and from the Greater Danbury area to earn a BS in Nursing. The cohort style program is an extension of Western at Waterbury’s RN to BS Nursing program.
Danbury Hospital RN to BS Nursing program will begin on August 31, 2009 with the students starting with Nursing 220 Transition to Professional Nursing Practice. Western and Danbury Hospital administration worked together to offer courses at the hospital, Western, and on-line.
