Depending on the nature and functional limitations of a student&#8217;s documented disability, he\/she may be eligible for reasonable and appropriate accommodations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"inlineheader\"><strong>Steps for Accessing Accommodations:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step One:<\/strong> Students should complete an <a href=\"https:\/\/wcsu-accommodate.symplicity.com\/public_accommodation\/\">Online Accommodation Intake Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step Two:<\/strong> Obtain appropriate medical documentation relevant to your disability. Documentation guidelines for specific disabilities can be accessed at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcsu.edu\/accessability\/documentation-guidelines\/\">Documentation Guidelines<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step Three:<\/strong> Upload supporting medical documentation to your <a href=\"https:\/\/wcsu-accommodate.symplicity.com\/students\/\"> Accommodate Portal<\/a>.
