documents proving that your application for a Permanent Resident Card (green card) was approved and is in the processing of being mailed to you. <a id=\"oneb\" name=\"oneb\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a student can apply for in-state residency, for the upcoming semester, via the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cga.ct.gov\/2015\/ACT\/PA\/2015PA-00082-R00HB-06844-PA.htm\">House Bill 6844<\/a><\/strong> that was passed in CT on July 1, 2015.\u00a0 The student would need to complete the following forms and supply the following documents for review:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/wcsu.wpengine.com\/admissions\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2016\/10\/Residency-Application.pdf\">In-State Residency Application <\/a><\/li>\n<li>Supply you have 30 days to change your license over to CT.\u00a0 If it has been more than 30 days, you need to do this ASAP.\u00a0The date of your license is used by WCSU in creating a timeline for your <a
