Auxiliary Services Snow Contingency Plan 2023-2024<\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If Classes are Canceled \/ University Closed:<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe Campus & Student Centers will be open 10:00 am \u2013 7:00 pm.<\/span>
\nDining Services (Berkshire Hall Dining and Westside Dining) will be open 10:00 am \u2013 <\/span>6:30 pm.<\/span>
\nThe Shuttle will not operate.<\/span>
\nBookstore will be closed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delayed Opening:<\/strong><\/span>
\nThe Campus & Student Centers will open 1 hour before classes begin and operate until normal closing.<\/span>
\nGameroom will open when the University opens (within its normal operating hours).<\/span>
\nDining Services (Berkshire Hall Dining and Westside Dining) will be open 9:00am and<\/span>
\ncontinue to normal closing.<\/span>
\nThe Shuttle will begin operation 1 hour before classes are to begin. For example, if classes are<\/span>
\nbeginning at 10:00 am, the first shuttle will leave at 9:00 am.<\/span>
\nThe Bookstore will open when classes begin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Early Closing:<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe Campus & Student Centers will remain open until 7:00pm.<\/span>
\nGameroom closes when the University closes.<\/span>
\nDining Services (Berkshire Hall Dining and Westside Dining) will close at 6:30pm.<\/span>
\nThe Shuttle will continue to operate for one and a half hours after classes are cancelled. The<\/span>
\nlast pickup from each campus will be 1 hour after classes are cancelled. For example, if<\/span>
\nclasses are cancelled beginning at 2:00pm, the last shuttle will leave at 3:00pm.<\/span>
\nThe Bookstore will close when classes end.<\/span><\/p>\n
