If they do not answer, again, leave a message and your phone number.<\/li>\n<li>After the second message, if they do not respond, take that as a sign that you did not get the job.<\/li>\n<li>Once the hiring process is over, that is when it is safe to reach out on LinkedIn and request a connection. Connecting before then is too soon. Wait!!<\/li>\n<li>It is always good to keep in touch in case something else comes up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finding a job can be arduous. <strong><em>DO NOT give up!<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 The career search is a full time job and can take anywhere between two and ten months for the average job search to come into fruition.
