Payment for the spring semester is due December 15th. Payment for the summer, winter intersession and spring break is due at the time of registration.\u00a0 It is the student\u2019s responsibility to check our website for payment deadlines.\u00a0 The maximum late fee charge is $50 per term. Students that have applied for financial aid and have enough aid to cover their account balance will not be assessed a late fee.\u00a0 Students are required to pay any balance not covered by financial aid by the payment due date.<\/p>\n<p>If payment is being made by an approved third party, documentation must be submitted and approved by the Cashier\u2019s Office prior to the due date.<\/p>\n<p>A financial hold is placed on students accounts if there is a past due balance of $500 or more.\u00a0 Students will not be able to register for classes and\/or make changes to their class schedule until payment for the past due balance is made.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00457a\"><span style=\"font-size: 26px\"><b>Late Fee Waiver<\/b><\/span><\/span><br \/>\nA student is able to request that their late fee waived as a one-time courtesy during their time at WCSU.
