Students who do not pay their bill by the due date\u00a0may be subject to the following penalties:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Cancellation of classes<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Re-registration into those classes is not guaranteed and subject to a $100 non-refundable re-registration fee<\/span><\/li>\n
  • $50 late fee<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Cancellation of on-campus housing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Payment Options:<\/p>\n

    1. On-line:<\/strong>
      \nWith Touchnet you can securely pay your bill on-line using your debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or by electronic check using your checking or savings account. All credit card payments are subject to a 3%\/$3 minimum service fee.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      • Login to Touchnet via<\/span>\u00a0WolvesNet and login with your WCSU account if needed.<\/li>\n
      • Search for the “Billing\/Payments” card<\/li>\n
      • Select “Make a Payment\u201d;<\/span><\/li>\n
      • To view your current statement, which reflects financial aid information, select “My Account<\/strong>” from the\u00a0top menu option and then select “Statements<\/strong>”\u00a0and select the date of the statement that you want to view.<\/li>\n
      • To make payment, select \u201cMake Payment<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0button;<\/li>\n
      • To enroll in a payment plan,\u00a0select the \u201cEnroll in Payment Plan<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0button;<\/li>\n
      • Mail:<\/strong>
        \nYou can mail in a check or money order to the Cashier\u2019s Office at 181 White Street, Danbury, CT 06810. Make checks payable to Western Connecticut State University and include your student ID number on the payment. Checks returned for insufficient funds or stop payment will result in a $20 fee and you will be subject to late payment penalties.<\/li>\n
      • In-person:<\/strong>
        \nPayments can be made at the Cashier\u2019s Office, located in the Old Main building, room 106. Cash payments are subject to IRS regulations and identification may be required when making a cash payment. The Cashier\u2019s Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Notice regarding Electronic Check Conversion: <\/strong>When you provide a check as payment, you authorize WCSU to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction.<\/p>\n
