WCSU Core Survey<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The Core Institute Alcohol and Drug Survey was administered in Spring 2017 and analysis was conducted throughout the fall and Winter 2017. The survey assesses the nature, scope and consequences of alcohol and other drug use. It also quantifies college students\u2019 attitudes, perceptions and opinions about substance use.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0use this data to assess students\u2019\u00a0needs, to identify emerging trends and high risk populations, and\u00a0to track progress or lack of\u00a0progress over time. Evaluation has always been a critical component in the field of\u00a0public health and, for\u00a0Western\u2019s Prevention Program; evaluation has been an essential element in all our\u00a0grant\u00a0awards.<\/p>\n
