CUCAS <a href=\"http:\/\/wcsu.edu\/cucas\/membership\">members<\/a> are both appointed and elected to represent the larger university community. Specific responsibilities can be found in the committee\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcsu.edu\/faculty-handbook\/university-governance\/\">bylaws<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To submit a proposal to CUCAS<\/strong>, refer to the current guidelines located <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcsu.edu\/faculty-handbook\/university-governance\/\">here<\/a>. Please also reference the most recently approved <a href=\"http:\/\/wcsu.wpengine.com\/committees-cucas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/162\/2017\/08\/Process-Chart-4-2-14.xlsx\">Process Chart<\/a> and the current <a href=\"http:\/\/wcsu.wpengine.com\/committees-cucas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/162\/2017\/08\/Curriculum-Approval-Documents.xlsx\">Materials Necessary<\/a> for submitting your proposal\/s, as proposals with missing documentation will not be reviewed. The most recent Updated submission requirements\/guidelines will be posted on this website as they become available. The submission process is conducted via <a href=\"https:\/\/sharepointapp.wcsu.edu\/common\/curriculum\/SitePages\/Home.aspx\">Sharepoint<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Meetings typically occur on the third Thursday of each month during regularly scheduled semester days.
