Proposals in the PRC queue after that date and time will be reviewed at the <strong><em>next<\/em><\/strong> month&#8217;s meeting. Per the bylaws, each month&#8217;s PRC agenda will be available 1 week prior to the meeting date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Meetings will be held virtually via WebEx during the Spring 2026 Semester from 9:30-11:00AM.
