We\u2019re practicing the following policies to keep the University community, our student workers and ourselves safe and healthy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All jobs must be submitted digitally online through our system at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcsu.edu\/upd\/request-forms\/\">https:\/\/wcsu.edu\/upd\/request-forms\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>We are not available for in-person visits; please call us or organize an online meeting<\/li>\n<li>We will accept digital material only (no paper); all materials must be submitted online in digital form<\/li>\n<li>We will not make copies from paper submissions; you must scan paper material and submit online (there are scanning stations around both campuses)<\/li>\n<li>Because of social distancing rules, print requests can take up to five business days for completion and we ask that you please plan accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Everything will be mailed out; those few items that can\u2019t be mailed (large posters and banners) will be held in in or near the large beige metal cabinet outside our office and we\u2019ll let you know to pick up your job<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Thank you for your patience and understanding!<\/strong> We appreciate your working with us\u2014these are difficult times and we\u2019re all in this together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UPD Office COVID-19 Policies Welcome to UPD!
