·         The custodial coverage will be light in the next few weeks as many of the staff will be cleaning, repairing and maintaining the residence halls in preparation for Summer deep cleaning.

Berkshire Hall HPX Treatment Rooms and 1st Floor Classrooms
Wednesday, June 3rd through Thursday, July 30th
Renovations continue. Anticipate noise and dust from the installation of new doors and flooring. Electrical work and light construction may disrupt class activities on floors above or below.

Wednesday, May 27th through Friday, July 24th
Construction continues on the new Math Lab. Anticipate noise and dust from the installation of new lighting and flooring. Electrical work and light construction may disrupt class activities on floors above or below.

Saturday, June 6th through Wednesday, July 15th
First floor demolition is complete. Construction continues.  Anticipate noise and dust from the installation of new drywall and framing. Electrical work and light construction may disrupt class activities on floors above or below.

Monday, June 1st through Monday, July 15th
Roofing project has begun. Anticipate increases in truck traffic on University Blvd. during regular business hours.

Pinney Hall
Friday, June 26th through Sunday, June 28th
Installation of netting around the columns at Pinney Hall will continue on Sunday, June 28th. There will be parking spaces closed off to set the lift and stage materials. While service interruptions are not expected, there may be times during the day where noise and disruptions may take place.

Science Building 2nd Floor
Thursday, June 25th through Tuesday, June 30th
Repairs to the HVAC have begun.  Commercial welders will be generating dust and light smoke odors may be noticeable. While service interruptions are not expected, there may be times during the day where noise and disruptions may take place.

Monday, June 1st through Monday, June 22nd
A state licensed asbestos abatement contractor has started work on select areas of the 1st Floor. During the abatement period the buildings will be remain open and fully accessible via all entrances.
