SPILL RESPONSE AND PREVENTION<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

EHS seeks to prevent the accidental release of hazardous materials through training and responsible policy.\u00a0However, in the case that a spill does occur, we are available to assist with response and clean up. EHS maintains a stock of PPE and spill kits around campus to address chemical and biological spills.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you notice a release of hazardous materials, reach out to EHS immediately.\u00a0Do not attempt to clean up materials without proper authorization.\u00a0Move yourself to a safe area and prevent others from entering until EHS can clear the area.<\/span><\/p>\n
