Each week will highlight a different culinary theme\, served at both campuses during dinner. This week is inspired by Creole and Cajun influences: on Monday\, Feb. 10\, enjoy a Gumbo Soup Station; on Wednesday\, Feb. 12\, savor Jambalaya with Cornbread; and on Thursday\, Feb. 13\, indulge in Catfish and Red Beans with Rice. DESCRIPTION:MOONBEE FOR PERIOD JUSTICE: Join us for a MoonBee with the MoonCatcher Project. MoonCatcher will be leading a sewing bee and educational event for students and members of the community to create menstrual kits for girls and women around the world. No sewing experience necessary\, only an interest in period justice for all. The first 20 students to sign up will receive a free reusable menstrual cup or disk.
