DESCRIPTION:WESTCONN MEN’S BASKETBALL VS. RHODE ISLAND COLLEGE (LEC TOURNAMENT): The Western Connecticut State University men’s basketball team\, coached by Guy Rancourt (6th Season)\, has qualified for the Little East Conference (LEC) Championship Tournament for the 31st time and the fourth year in a row. WestConn is seeded No. 2 in the six-team field and has earned a bye into the semifinal round when the Wolves will host the No. 3-seeded Rhode Island College Anchormen at 6 p.m. in the Feldman Arena of the O’Neill Center on the Westside campus. The Wolves finished the 2024-25 regular season with a 17-8 overall record and finished second in the league with a 13-3 mark against Little East opponents.
