SUMMARY:WestConn Night at the Hartford Yard Goats
DESCRIPTION:WESTCONN NIGHT AT THE HARTFORD YARD GOATS: Join WestConn students\, faculty\, staff and alumni at Dunkin’ Park in Hartford to watch the Hartford Yard Goats take on the Altoona (Pennsylvania) Curve. Free right field porch seats and bus transportation to and from the game are available for the first 125 WestConn students with ID who register at wcsutickets.regfox.com/hartford-yard-goats-student-registration. Faculty\, staff and alumni can purchase tickets for $10 at https://wcsutickets.regfox.com/hartford-yard-goats-game; parking near the field is $5. \nDuring the game\, members of the WestConn community will be featured on the field\, including the singing of the National Anthem by WestConn music education major Julie Cooke\, and the throwing of the ceremonial first pitch by WestConn President Dr. Manohar Singh. Join WestConn mascot Wally the Wolf in wearing your orange and blue to the game for an opportunity to celebrate WestConn on the field between innings. Gates open at 6 p.m.\, ceremonial first pitch is at 6:45 p.m. The Yard Goats are Connecticut’s Double-A affiliate with the Colorado Rockies. The free student buses are sponsored by SGA. \n
