Sound healing can reduce stress\, enable deep relaxation\, enhance creativity\, uplift the spirit and help with insomnia. Sound Bath Meditations are a combination of restorative yoga\, meditation and a sacred sound concert. \nRegistration is encouraged but walk-ins are welcome.
