DESCRIPTION:EARTH DAY 2025 WITH WCSU LIBRARIES: Join us for a full day of events as we celebrate Earth Day 2025 in Haas Library on the Midtown campus! This is the 55th anniversary of the event in 1970 that marked the birth of the modern environmental movement. Events\, talks\, crafts\, activities and the chance to win a pack of four passes to the Norwalk Maritime Aquarium! All events will be held on the first floor of Haas Library. \nALL DAY (9 a.m.- 5 p.m.): Wildflower seed balls\, Citizen Science kits\, Student Art exhibits\, food pantry donations\, electronic recycling\, seedling kits and more! \n10 a.m. – noon: THE GREEN MICROPHONE! The mic is yours! Share a quick talk\, perform a poetry reading\, lead a discussion\, or just come to listen.
