DESCRIPTION:BLACK HISTORY MONTH WEEK 2: This February\, in celebration of Black History Month\, our dining hall is proud to present four weeks of diverse and flavorful menus honoring Black culture and cuisine. Each week will highlight a different culinary theme\, served at both campuses during dinner. This week is inspired by Creole and Cajun influences: on Monday\, Feb. 10\, enjoy a Gumbo Soup Station; on Wednesday\, Feb. 12\, savor Jambalaya with Cornbread; and on Thursday\, Feb. 13\, indulge in Catfish and Red Beans with Rice. Join us as we celebrate through the rich traditions of food! From 4 to 8 p.m. in Berkshire Hall on the Midtown campus and the Westside Campus Center.

DESCRIPTION:LUNAR NEW YEAR: Join us in the dining halls on Monday\, Feb. 10\, during dinner to celebrate Lunar New Year with a special festive menu! At the Deli station will be an Asian Chicken Wrap\, which will also be the sandwich of the week. At Action Station\, there will be Crispy Orange Chicken Stir-fry\, Brown Fried Rice\, Sesame Ginger Green Beans\, and Chicken Potstickers. For dessert\, there will be Nian Gao. This will be served from 4 to 8 p.m. at both Berkshire Hall on the Midtown campus and at the Westside Campus Center.
