DESCRIPTION:DEFUSING FINALS FRENZY: Visit the Institute for Holistic Health Studies Center for Wellbeing in White Hall room 114 during finals week to stop and catch your breath\, rest\, and relax\, and defuse the finals frenzy. Taking a little time out to sit and enjoy the peace and serenity of this place–and have a cup of herb tea or enjoy a chocolate meditation– will give you the change to rest and relax so that you can continue your day with a calm heart and mind. We are open daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
