DESCRIPTION:SELF-CARE FAIR: The Institute for Holistic Health Studies will present a Self-Care Fair from 12:30 – 3 p.m. in White Hall room 127. Self care is not selfish — it is health care for yourself\, and includes taking care of your body\, mind and spirit. Stopping to assess and identify what we need in the moment — whether a chance to stop and catch our breath\, a little time out to spend with a friend\, enjoy a cup of tea\, or take a walk outside — is an important part of self care and attention to our physical\, mental\, emotional and spiritual health. Join us as we share information and learn ways to take care of yourself — you are a special person and deserve it!
