Partnered with the IHHS center and hosted from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. in Grasso Hall (on the Westside campus)\, come out for some chocolate mediation before midterms begin .Mediation is an age-old skill used to calm down the nervous system and find balance. Meditation can be a great tool for relaxing during midterms\, so come join us!

DESCRIPTION:REP YOUR FLAG BLOCK PARTY: Join RA Tatyana\, RA Danielle\, ACSA\, and IRHA in representing your culture at the Rep Your Flag block party. Bring your flag and friends and come for a great time! Don’t have a flag? Don’t worry! We will be giving out flags\, but it is first-come\, first-served. We will also have food\, music\, and colored powder to throw at each other. If you want to participate in the color war\, please wear white or clothes that you don’t care if they get messy. The powder does wash out! From 3 to 6 p.m. on the Westside Rec Field.
