SUMMARY:Best Darn Jazz Club
DESCRIPTION:BEST DARN JAZZ CLUB: We are excited to announce our upcoming Best Darn Jazz Club in Danbury (BDJC) which will be held from 8 to 10 p.m. in the Wolves Den in the lower level of the Midtown Student Center. The BDJC is always free to our students\, faculty\, staff and alumni. It Is also open to the general public so anyone can invite family and friends. There is no cost to anyone not from WCSU although donations are welcome. There are light snacks and a cash bar with wine and beer for those 21 and over. \nTwo terrific jazz groups will be performing: the first is the Malin Carta Quartet with Malin Carta on saxophone and voice\, Brian Suto on guitar\, Larry Davis on drums\, and Clayton Thompson on bass. The second group is the Elijah Atkins Quartet with Elijah Atkins on drums\, Israel Corona Galan on guitar\, Peter Francis on saxophone\, Matthew Munzner on bass.
