Unleash your inner artist and enjoy painting while listening to music\, sipping wine\, and savoring light refreshments. This event\, led by experienced artist and WCSU alumna Jessica Bartlet\, welcomes participants of all skill levels\, from beginners to seasoned artists\, for a shared art experience in a fun and relaxed studio environment. \nThe event will take place at 7 p.m. in the Drawing Studio\, room 241 of the Visual & Performing Arts Center on the Westside campus.  Basic painting materials will be provided\, but feel free to bring your own water-based media. \nRegister at www.eventbrite.com/e/sip-paint-tickets-1207732964809. DESCRIPTION:SURVIVOR ART GALLERY: The Center for Empowerment and Education will host the annual Survivor Art Gallery from 10:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the Westside Campus Campus Center North Ballroom to showcase students’ and community members’ paintings\, drawings\, photography\, poems\, stories\, and more that exemplify their story of abuse\, assault\, trauma\, healing and survival.
