SUMMARY:Fall Bash CANCELLED
DESCRIPTION:PAC FALL BASH CANCELLED: With Homecoming being over\, we were very excited to bring you all this year’s Fall Bash that included a carnival. With that being said\, it is with great sadness that we have to unfortunately cancel the carnival due to the inclement weather for this weekend. To give a little insight\, this carnival was the make up for not having rides at the West Fest carnival last year. The company was available to come back and host these rides for us on October 14. Now that we are unfortunately canceling the rides for this year’s Fall Bash carnival\, we are planning ahead for the West Fest 2024 Carnival where 2023 graduates of WCSU will be allowed into the carnival for free. PAC as a whole is working hard to host events that you want to see and we will have plenty of surprises for you throughout the remainder of this semester and the semester to come!

SUMMARY:Marat/Sade
DESCRIPTION:MARAT/SADE:  The WCSU Theatre Department will be performing “Marat/Sade” from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the MainStage Theatre in the Visual and Performing Arts Center. The infamous Marquis de Sade has been imprisoned in the asylum of Charenton for endangering public morals. As a form of therapy\, the hospital’s patients are allowed to take part in plays\, and de Sade sets out to dramatize the death of the French revolutionary Jean-Paul Marat\, who was murdered in his bath. With its cast of sociopaths\, schizophrenics\, and narcoleptics\, Marat/Sade is a bawdy and outrageous play where madness and reason seem inseparable. It is a depiction of the violence of modern society while asking whether true revolution comes from changing society or changing oneself. \nNo refunds are permitted; all sales are final. Please note that tickets are subject to a higher price at the box office. The venue recommends purchasing your tickets in advance on wcsuvpac.eventbrite.com.

SUMMARY:Marat/Sade
DESCRIPTION:MARAT/SADE:  The WCSU Theatre Department will be performing “Marat/Sade” from 8 to 10:30 p.m. in the MainStage Theatre in the Visual and Performing Arts Center.
