SUMMARY:Navigating the New Normal
DESCRIPTION:NAVIGATING THE NEW NORMAL: Join Christel Autuori for a discussion on managing stressors\, mindful meditation and newfound motivation at 7:30 p.m. in Room 127 of White Hall on the Midtown campus. The event is free for WCSU students; $10 for faculty\, staff and alumni; and $20 for the public. \nWhat a two years it has been dealing with Covid-19 and the disruption and upheaval in our lives. Christel Autuori \, a Certified Holistic Stress Management Instructor and Board Certified Health and Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine coach\, will share practical ways for you to navigate the new normal using inner resources we have developed in dealing with this pandemic. Christel will share tips and tools to create and maintain resilience\, using grace\, patience\, and humor. \n  \nTickets: Navigating the New Normal (regfox.com) General admission $20. WCSU faculty\, staff and alumni\, $10. WCSU students FREE with WCSU ID.
