DESCRIPTION:HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH CELEBRATION: Throughout the week of September 23 to the 27\, the dining hall will be collaborating with LASO (Latin American Student Organization) to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. On Monday\, 9/23\, we will be serving lomo saltado and white rice; on Tuesday\, 9/24\, we will be serving ropa vieja; on Wednesday\, 9/25\, we will be serving sancocho; on Thursday\, 9/26\, we will be serving feijoada; and on Friday\, 9/27\, we will be serving carne guisada with rice and beans.
