DESCRIPTION:MINECRAFT LOGIC CIRCUITS (REDSTONE ENGINEERING): Join Cyber Tech Society for a hands-on workshop where gaming meets engineering! Using Minecraft’s redstone mechanics/engineering\, we’ll explore how digital logic circuits work and how they power real-world IT systems — from CPUs to cybersecurity protocols. We will start with a demo\, then build gates\, solve puzzles\, and simulate tech infrastructure in a fun\, interactive environment. No prior experience needed\, just bring your curiosity and creativity! From 3 to 4 p.m. in the computer lab in Room 128 of the Westside Classroom Building.

DESCRIPTION:IBM RESEARCH PANEL: The Western Math Club will host a panel discussion with five esteemed IBM researchers who are experts in topics that include Quantum Computing\, AI and the Cloud. The panel will be moderated by WCSU Computer Science alumna Nikita Karim\, an IBM employee who is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at her alma mater. The panel discussion will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Westside Campus Center Ballroom and the public is invited.
