DESCRIPTION:CINCO DE MAYO: Join us on Monday\, May 6\, in both dining halls for some Cinco De Mayo festivities. Simply 3\, Action Station and the Dessert Station will all have some Mexican food. Simply 3 will have Chipotle Chicken Tinga Tacos and Beef Chorizo & Papas Tacos. The Action station will be serving Chicken Torta Sandwich\, Avocado & Cheese Torta\, Mexican Street Corn\, Mexican Hot Dog\, and Pork Seco with Rice and Mole. The Dessert Station will be serving Tres Leches and Fried Ice Cream. This will be on Midtown all day and on Westside starting at 4 p.m.
