DESCRIPTION:FREE COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC: The CT Department of Public Health in collaboration with Griffin Health will offer free COVID-19 vaccines on the Midtown campus from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The mobile clinic will be located at the corners of Newbury Hall\, Litchfield Hall and the Facilities building. \n  \nBest access for the public: park in the White Street parking garage and use the overpass to cross the street. The clinic will be straight ahead.

DESCRIPTION:STOP THE BLEED: The leading cause of preventable death in trauma is bleeding. Someone can bleed to death in under five minutes. Knowing how to prevent blood loss by controlling the bleed can save lives. Learn how to do just that in this “Stop the Bleed” class from 3 to 5 p.m. The class has a cap of 16 participants.
