Each week we will work together to lessen our stress\, improve our moods\, support our brains\, and promote better sleeping patterns through the use of guided meditation. And don’t you worry! No experience in meditation is necessary to join in! \nEach Monday we will explore a different type of guided meditation\, listed below. Each participant will be able to stop in\, unwind\, make themselves a cup of tea\, and redirect their intentions for the week to better help us all cope with our hectic schedules and cumbersome obligations. We look forward to seeing you! \nMarch 4: Lovely Lavender – Join us as we tap into the sweet smell of lavender\, an herb used widely to promote relaxation and calm. \nMarch 11: SPRING BREAK – No meditation \nMarch 18: Self-Love – All too often\, we overwork ourselves and forget to honor ourselves!
