The object is to get to the safe space (in Ives Concert Park) without being tagged. If you do get tagged\, you give up a glow stick; you will have three\, if they get all three you are out. You can pick up extra lives (glow sticks) along the way. There will be prizes (PAC and REC) for the fastest time\, the most glow sticks left\, and the most extra lives. Be hunted by zombies!! DESCRIPTION:WCSU AGAINST VIOLENCE (WAV): Join The Center for Empowerment and Education and the Recreation Department (REC) for a dating violence workshop/guest speaker with UConn Encounters from 5:30-7 p.m.\, a wellness fair (with free giveaways!)\, free food and a roller-skating rink to follow. \nWhen: Friday\, September 29 \nWorkshop in the Westside Campus Center Rooms 212/214 at 5:30 p.m.  \nRoller-Skating in the Westside Campus Center Ballroom from 6-10 p.m.  \nOpen Mic in the Daily Grind 8-10 p.m. \nTrigger warning: Discussions of dating violence and intimate partner homicide. Counselors will be available for support. \nAlyssiah Wiley was a sophomore at Eastern Connecticut State University. Her goal was to be a psychiatrist because she loved helping people\, giving advice and giving back to her community. In early 2013\, Alyssiah was brutally murdered by her abusive boyfriend. Her mother\, Corrinna Martin\, says she “was thrust into the fight for awareness and activism.” She began M.O.V.E. You do the course you get free food from our meatball bomb food truck. We are bringing this to the WS campus REC field starting at 6 p.m. You can do it with a partner or a team up to 8 people.
