He will discuss &#8220;The Lake Hopatcong (NJ) Story.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>7:50 p.m. &#8211; Audience Q &amp; A<\/p>\n<p>8:05 p.m. &#8211; Nelson Malwitz, chairman of Brookfield WPCA, and Pio Lombardo, P.E., principal at Lombardo Associates.
