Self care is not selfish \u2014 it is health care for yourself, and includes taking care of your body, mind and spirit. Stopping to assess and identify what we need in the moment \u2014 whether a chance to stop and catch our breath, a little time out to spend with a friend, enjoy a cup of tea, or take a walk outside \u2014 is an important part of self care and attention to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
