Laughter Yoga is a unique concept and a form of exercise. It is a combination of laughter exercises and deep breathing. Laughter Yoga is a global phenomenon that is practiced in over 120 countries.<\/p>\n<p>For centuries, laughter was referred to as the best medicine for the body and mind. With Laughter Yoga, there is a reliable delivery system, because we can laugh if we like, without any use of humor or comedy. The benefits of Laughter Yoga are many: good mood, healthy exercises to beat the stress, better quality of life, better attitude in challenging times, social connection benefits, and many others.<\/p>\n<p>Join the Institute for Holistic Health Studies in welcoming Silvana, a certified Laughter Yoga therapist, from <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">noon to 12:30 p.m.<\/span> in the IHHS Center for Wellbeing in White Hall Room 114 on the Midtown campus as we laugh and manage stress, improve our circulation and breathing, and have a great time doing so!!!
