This framework is of critical importance to CT State Community College as we strive to become a system that more fully supports Latine students \u2014 and, by extension, all students \u2014 in reaching college completion.<\/p>\n<p>The HSI-PLC grew out of CT State\u2019s HSI Retreat held in February 2025, which convened 125 colleagues from across the state to share best practices and deepen their theoretical and conceptual understanding of HSI work.
