Members will have the chance to undergo a mock interview that will be evaluated by both residents rotating. This is a great opportunity to practice your interview skills, especially for medical school.<\/p>\n<p>Most medical schools are formatted through an MMI format, where Dr. Bickerstaff and Dr. Joseph will ask standardized questions on a 1-1 basis, with small 5-minute sessions. The residents will arrive at 6 p.m., however we ask students to come at 5 p.m. Please be mindful that these are residents taking their time to conduct interviews; therefore, we encourage everyone to come prepared and be ready to engage professionally.
