Service Desk Specialist

Department: Information Technology & Innovation

Location: Old Main 303, Midtown Campus

Description: IT&I is searching for a Service Desk Specialist to provide technical support either remotely or on-ground to the WCSU community. The specialist will report to the customer support center coordinator and training is provided. No prior experience is needed but a drive to learn and help others while providing excellent customer service is required.

Hours/Schedule: 10 hours minimum (20 hours per week max).  Service Desk hours are M-Thur 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Pay Rate: $13 / hour

Payroll Type: Department Payroll & Federal Work Study (preferred)
