Communication between student and various university staff members is also crucial.<\/p>\n<p>Specific duties include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preventative maintenance, such as door closing speed and positive latching, on doors across both campuses<\/li>\n<li>Audit of door access across both campuses<\/li>\n<li>Audit of key box inventory<\/li>\n<li>Upkeep of doors across campus<\/li>\n<li>Completion of WESTCONNect work orders<\/li>\n<li>Completion of online training for advancement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>May be asked to assist other employees in the WESTCONNect Office with work assignments as necessary.<\/p>\n<p>May be asked to perform other related tasks, not outside the class of this description.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Desired: <\/strong>Reliability, accountability, diligence, and personability are key character traits. Trade school background is preferred, but not necessary as anyone interested will be trained.
