Peer tutors work one-to-one with students or in small groups (2-5 people) to review course content, answer questions, clarify confusing material, and help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills within their discipline. Tutors benefit by gaining leadership experience, practicing and solidifying their own content knowledge, and building relationships with other students.
