We are spending more time indoors in the winter months, which helps the viruses spread quickly from person to person. Intestinal viruses, which might cause nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea are also very common.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #ff0000\">Here are some tips for keeping you healthy:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">1. Wash your hands.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2. Cover your cough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3. Don&#8217;t share food or eating utensils.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">4. Wash fruits and vegetables before eating them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5. If you get sick, go home if you can (notify your RD) and isolate yourself to prevent further spread of illness.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">6.
