They will discover how to develop or increase genuine compassion based on the idea of compassion as a biological trait. It will also detail that compassion is a strength rather than a weakness, and demonstrate methods to cultivate it without sacrificing one\u2019s happiness. Compassion is more than action. Compassion must live in the mind and be present regardless of circumstances. Compassion is a practice that is accessible to all but is frequently misunderstood and underutilized.
