Back in July of 2017, IT&I announced the addition of the Cisco WebEx web conference application through\u00a0wcsu.webex.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This new site has replaced ConnSCU.webex.com and is now our supported web conference solution.<\/p>\n

Note – Vidyo is no longer supported by the University.<\/p>\n

How do I get a WebEx account?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Simply go to\u00a0wcsu.webex.com<\/a>\u00a0and sign up.<\/p>\n

*You will need a new account, even if you have used WebEx previously.<\/p>\n

Do I need a WebEx account?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Even though an account is\u00a0not needed to attend a meeting<\/u>, having a WebEx account will allow you to speed up meeting registration, track meetings to which you are invited, and schedule and start meetings<\/p>\n

WebEx has all the professional tools and features you’ll need to teach, present, and collaborate online.<\/p>\n

You can easily share documents and applications, upload presentations, create polls, mark-up your presentations with annotation tools, and text chat with your attendees.<\/p>\n

You and your students can collaborate from where ever you are with mobile apps for iPad, iPhone, or Android.<\/p>\n
