The public is invited. Admission will be free with a suggested donation of $10.<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>Bartram, a theatre arts performance major from Hamden, Conn., has been working on the script for the play for several years.<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCredence, by definition, is belief as to the truth of something: to give credence to a claim,\u201d Bartram explained. \u201cBefore I started writing the play, I had that as the title. I found the word interesting. So I went with that and built onto it. I wanted to write something that I feel a lot of us struggle with:  meaning. There is a lot taken from my life in this show; I can relate to every single character. In this play, the protagonist decides to make an ambitious New Year\u2019s resolution. He wants to find the meaning of life, and he meets some interesting people on his journey to high meaning.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>The cast will include Michael Hoey, of Naugatuck; Eric Steiner, of New Milford; Vincent McCoy, of New Hartford; Alexis Willoughby, of Gaylordsville; Paige Meehan, of West Hartford; Jason Coombs, of Bridgeport; Melanie Ryan, of Storrs; Ron Blois, of Sherman; Zachary Baron, of Ridgefield; Anthony Paparello, of Bristol; Rachel Marotta, of Danbury; and Kyle Papallo, of Sherman.<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>For more information, call the theatre arts department box office at (203) 837-8732.<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em> <br \/>&#013;<br \/>\n  Western Connecticut State University offers outstanding faculty in a range of quality academic programs.
