Opportunity for media Q&A with NCAA President Dr. Mark Emmert

DANBURY, CONN. <\/strong>\u2014 \"Image Dr. Mark Emmert<\/a>, president of the National Collegiate <\/a><\/p>\n

Athletic Association<\/a> (NCAA), will discuss the importance of promoting the success and well-being of students participating in intercollegiate athletic programs when he delivers the 2014 spring semester President\u2019s Lecture at Western Connecticut State University<\/a> on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Emmert\u2019s lecture, presented as part of the WCSU President\u2019s Lecture series, will be at 7:30 p.m. in Ives Concert Hall in White Hall on the university\u2019s Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Immediately following Emmert\u2019s talk and public Q&A, there will be an opportunity for members of the media to meet with the NCAA president to ask questions<\/u>.
