DANBURY, CONN. <\/strong>\u2014 The Western Connecticut State University<\/a> Program Activities Council and Student Government Association will host the university\u2019s annual \u201cWest Fest<\/a>\u201d concert at 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 5<\/strong>, 2012,<\/strong> at the Feldman Arena in the O\u2019Neill Center on the university\u2019s Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cWest Fest\u201d will feature R&B recording artist Ludacris<\/a> and new R&B trio Untitled. The public is invited. General admission tickets will be $32 plus fees; WCSU students with valid I.D. will be admitted for $15 plus fees.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to his official biography, Chris \u201cLudacris\u201d Bridges first gained worldwide acclaim more than 10 years ago with his debut album \u201cBack for the First Time.\u201d Ludacris is not only a recording artist but also has been awarded Screen Actors Guild and Critics\u2019 Choice awards for his work in the film \u201cCrash.\u201d Although Ludacris stays busy in the studio and has appeared in big and small screen projects, he still has found time to establish his own nonprofit organization, the Ludacris Foundation, which seeks to inspire youth through education and memorable experiences. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Untitled has shared the stage with artists such as Jagged Edge, K-Ci and Jo Jo, and New Edition. After signing with Ludacris\u2019 record label DTP they hope not to remain nameless for much longer.<\/p>\n
