This event will be free and open to the public. <\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>Speakers include:<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/enchantedgardenarts.com\/index.php?ACTION=faculty&amp;instructor_pk=63\"><strong>Christel Autuori<\/strong><\/a>, IHHS director,  will present the keynote address and a workshop on one-pointed meditation,  guided imagery, and coloring and chocolate meditation. <\/li>\n<p>&#013;\n      <\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dnkldharma.org\/teachers.html\"><strong>Geshela Dhargey<\/strong><\/a><strong>,<\/strong> Tibetan Buddhist monk, will show \u201cBuddhist Meditation\u201d techniques.<\/li>\n<p>&#013;\n      <\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dydomusic.com\/\"><strong>Stephen  Dydo<\/strong><\/a>, practiced meditator and composer, will present \u201cJust Listen!  Music and Meditation.\u201d<\/li>\n<p>&#013;\n      <\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.soundsofpeace.com\"><strong>Chris  Farrell<\/strong><\/a>, musician and composer, will discuss \u201cSounds of Peace.\u201d <\/li>\n<p>&#013;\n      <\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.embodythesacred.net\/\"><strong>Deana  Paqua<\/strong><\/a>, spiritual teacher, shamanic healer and Reiki master, will  explain how to \u201cMeet Your Power Animal.\u201d<\/li>\n<p>&#013;\n      <\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jesse-rovero-2a23a5b3\"><strong>Jesse Rovero<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong>practiced  meditator and instructor, will examine \u201cMudras and Sahaja Yoga Meditation.\u201d<\/li>\n<p>&#013;\n      <\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/therapists.psychologytoday.com\/rms\/name\/Nancy_S._Scherlong_LCSW_Mount+Kisco_New+York_42184\"><strong>Nancy Scherlong<\/strong><\/a>, holistic psychotherapist,  creative arts therapist and coach, will guide the audience through \u201cJournaling  as Meditation.\u201d<\/li>\n<p>&#013;\n      <\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lotusgardensyoga.com\/faculty.html\"><strong>Lara Ward<\/strong><\/a>, holistic health coach and educator, will present  \u201cYoga-Meditation in Motion.\u201d<\/li>\n<p>&#013;\n      <\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cThe purpose of this event is to introduce people to  the various styles of meditation,\u201d Autuori said.<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>For more  information, contact Autuori at <a href=\"\/\/\/\\w-studentStuUserM$medeiros010autuoric@wcsu.edu\">autuoric@wcsu.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#013;<\/p>\n<p><em>Western Connecticut  State University offers outstanding faculty in a   range of quality academic  programs.
